Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Never86'd Marketplace Margin Audit website, operator pilot, and plugin.

Permitted use

You may use the plugin to analyze restaurant marketplace statements, POS evidence, payouts, and totals you are authorized to use. You are responsible for redacting unnecessary personal, account, payment-card, tax, credential, and guest data before submission.

You may use the website form to request pilot access. Do not upload or paste statement data into the form. A pilot request does not guarantee acceptance, a particular response time, a financial result, or continued free service.

Not permitted

Do not use the plugin to access another business's data without authorization; submit credentials or secrets; scrape or bypass a marketplace; facilitate fraud; or make accusations of theft, fraud, or breach without independent evidence.

Nature of results

Results are operational calculations based on the data and scope supplied. Confidence labels distinguish verified, reconciled, inferred, and missing evidence. A finding is not proof of marketplace wrongdoing, employee misconduct, recovered cash, or a legal claim.

The plugin is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, banking, or contract advice. Verify material amounts against finalized records and the applicable agreement before acting.

Availability and changes

The service may be corrected, updated, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable. We may suspend misuse that threatens users, the service, or third parties.

Third-party names

Never86'd is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Seamless, or ezCater. Third-party names identify compatible statement formats only.
